Free CRM and Top CRM Software: The World Directory

A living aggregator of free CRM and top CRM SaaS products worldwide — HubSpot, Agile CRM, Twenty CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and 80+ more, with referral links from SaaSCRM.

Hello folks

If you searched free CRM, top CRM, or “best CRM software in the world,” you landed in the right tab. This page is SaaSCRM’s CRM aggregator — a living directory of the websites and SaaS products that actually ship CRM tools, with outbound referral links from our side.

I am Shrey, creator of SaaSCRM. I keep this list because founders ask the same three questions every week:

  1. What is a free CRM I can start today?
  2. What are the top CRM platforms if I am ready to pay?
  3. When should I stop renting a portal and own the CRM UI instead?

Every vendor link below is an external referral from SaaSCRM (utm_source=saascrm). Click through, compare, then come back if you want a Next.js CRM you can customize. If you are still on a spreadsheet, read Excel to CRM migration first. If you are a 2–10 person team, the buying filter is best CRM for small businesses and startups.

Key takeaways

  • Free CRM usually means a hosted free tier (HubSpot, Zoho, Agile CRM) or an open-source install (Twenty CRM, SuiteCRM, EspoCRM, Frappe).
  • Top CRM in global spend is still Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho, and Pipedrive — plus Oracle, SAP, and Freshworks in larger accounts.
  • This hub lists 80+ CRM websites and SaaS products across free, enterprise, SMB, open source, regional, and industry tools.
  • Outbound links to HubSpot, Agile CRM, Twenty CRM, and the rest include our referral parameters.
  • When you want source you own, skip another subscription and start with SaaSCRM templates, the live demo, or the AI CRM Builder.

How to use this CRM directory

Use it as a map, not a scoreboard. “Best CRM” is the one your team will open every morning.

Free CRM (hosted SaaS)

These are the usual answers when someone says “I just need a free CRM.” Free tiers change. Always confirm seat limits, contact caps, and what happens the day you need reporting.

HubSpot is still the search-default free CRM. It is also the default invoice once you leave the free tier — that is why people hunt a cool HubSpot alternative.

Agile CRM is the other name that shows up in “free CRM + marketing automation” threads: contacts, deals, email campaigns, and a support inbox without buying three products.

If “free” means you keep the code, jump to Twenty CRM and the rest of the open-source list.

Open-source and self-hosted CRM

These are the free CRM options when you can run a server (or a VPS) and you want the repo.

Twenty CRM is the name I hear most as a Twenty CRM alternative search: modern, open source, pretty. You still run infra, upgrades, and the “we need invoices + CMS + a custom module by Friday” problem.

Frappe CRM is excellent if you already live in ERPNext. Heavy if you just wanted a React admin for a four-person SaaS.

If your team already ships Next.js, a Twenty/Frappe alternative should feel like your codebase: Tailwind, shadcn, Cursor prompts. That is the SaaSCRM shape — see also why I keep building CRM templates.

Top enterprise CRM SaaS

This is the top CRM list by market presence: the platforms large companies already pay for.

Salesforce is still the top CRM if you measure logos, ISVs, and consultants. HubSpot is the top CRM if you measure “we want this to feel like marketing software.” Dynamics wins when IT already standardized on Microsoft.

SMB and sales CRM SaaS

Pipeline-first tools. This is where most startups land after they outgrow a sheet.

Pipedrive is still the top CRM for “I just want a pipeline.” Close is the top CRM for teams that live on the phone. Attio and Folk are what YC-shaped startups try when HubSpot feels heavy.

Marketing CRM and revenue platforms

Not always a “CRM” in the Salesforce sense — they still store contacts, deals, and campaigns.

If marketing is the product, these win. If you also need invoices, projects, and an admin, you still want a real CRM underneath — or SaaSCRM as the operating UI.

Regional CRM SaaS

CRM is not only a Silicon Valley list. These are the products that show up in local RFPs.

Zoho is the Indian-founded top CRM that went global. LeadSquared shows up constantly in Indian sales-ops RFPs. Sellsy and Axonaut are the French “we invoice in the same tool” answer.

Industry CRM SaaS

Vertical CRMs beat generic ones when the object model is the business (listings, donors, jobs, work orders).

For agencies, skip a generic sales CRM and read Agency CRM: leads, clients, projects, invoices, then demo the Agency template.

Spreadsheets and “CRM-shaped” builders

These are not CRM products. Teams still use them as a CRM until the sheet breaks.

When the sheet is the problem, do not pick a random top CRM and dump columns into it. Follow Excel to CRM migration.

A longer take for founders: best CRM for small businesses and startups. A longer take for why any of this matters: why your business needs a CRM.

Choose SaaSCRM when you want to own the CRM

This directory exists so you can click out to HubSpot, Agile CRM, Twenty CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, and the rest. Use them. They are real products.

SaaSCRM is for the other job: you want a CRM, admin, and CMS that looks like a SaaS product, runs on Next.js, and lives in your repo.

  • 60+ screens — leads, pipeline, deals, invoices, tasks, CMS, analytics
  • Free vertical templates you can demo in one click
  • AI CRM Builder that maps modules in about two minutes
  • $49 template (MIT, commercial use) or a custom CRM build from $2,000

That is the HubSpot-shaped UI without renting HubSpot forever.

Conclusion — start with SaaSCRM

You now have the free CRM list, the top CRM list, and an aggregator of CRM websites and SaaS products worldwide — including referral links to HubSpot, Agile CRM, and Twenty CRM.

If you want to own the CRM instead of another login:

  1. Click through the live CRM demo like a customer would.
  2. Steal a starting layout from free CRM templates.
  3. Plan your modules with the AI CRM Builder — no signup.
  4. Buy the kit on pricing or contact us for a custom build.
